The Ferrara Technopole has a physical space called Hub Talenti (formerly “Spazio Area S3”) where ART-ER staff work.
Hub Talenti was created to forge strong links between the local area, the world of research, innovation and the educational system, anticipating skills needs through workshops and experimental activities.
A central role is played by the Talent and Skills Observatory, which works in synergy with the Regional Law 02/2023 Committee to ensure a qualified training offer in line with the needs of the local area.
The Hub also works closely with local offices and university projects to welcome, attract and support talent, promoting placement and professional growth opportunities.
Great attention is paid to creating and strengthening communities of professionals and researchers, to encourage the exchange of experiences and links with the regional innovation and research system.
Through constant dialogue between businesses, public administrations and universities, the Hub aims to identify the best strategies to meet the need for specialist skills, while also supporting the development of services and opportunities for the growth of human capital.
Lastly, the Hub is active in promoting and organising national and international events, such as Startcup Emilia-Romagna and R2B, to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.
Objective: to establish Emilia-Romagna as a centre of attraction for highly specialised talent, creating a dynamic and connected ecosystem.
