At the Tecnopolo di Ferrara, there is a dedicated physical space called Hub Talenti (formerly Spazio Area S3), where ART-ER personnel operate.

The Hub Talenti was created to establish a strong connection between the local territory, the research ecosystem, innovation, and the education system, anticipating skill needs through experimental labs and activities.

A key role is played by the Observatory on Talents and Skills, which works in synergy with the Regional Law Committee 02/2023 to ensure a high-quality educational offering aligned with the needs of the territory.

The Hub also closely collaborates with local talent service centers and university projects aimed at welcoming, attracting, and supporting talents, fostering career placement and professional growth.

A strong focus is placed on building and strengthening professional and research communities, encouraging experience exchange and fostering structured connections with the regional innovation and research ecosystem.

Through a continuous dialogue between businesses, public administrations, and universities, the Hub aims to identify the best strategies to meet the demand for highly specialized skills, while also supporting the development of services and opportunities for human capital growth.

Lastly, the Hub plays an active role in the promotion and organization of national and international events, such as Startcup Emilia-Romagna and R2B, to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.

Goal: To establish Emilia-Romagna as a hub for high-specialization talents, fostering a dynamic and interconnected ecosystem.
