The 49th National Conference of the Italian Acoustics Association is organized by the Department of Engineering of the University of Ferrara and the CNR-STEMS laboratory under the patronage of, among others, our Tecnopolo and will be held at the Scientific Technological Pole from June 7 to 9, 2023.

The conference, reserved for members of the National Acoustics Association, will address the most current issues in the fields of environmental noise analysis and control, acoustic quality in buildings and work environments, while also considering the latest developments in the regulatory field and in all the other most advanced areas of research in physical, environmental, architectural, musical and metrological acoustics.

A special session entitled "Vibroacoustics of Mechanical Systems and Industrial Products" will also be held, during which representatives of several Companies collaborating with Mechlav on vibroacoustic optimization projects will speak.

New topics of interest in the field of ecology and environmental sustainability are added to the usual themes that characterize the Conference.

An exhibition of instrumentation, materials and components for acoustics and noise control will be set up at the Convention venue.

Coordination of the conference is entrusted to the experience and professionalism of Professors Fausti, Pompoli and Prodi of the Mechlav laboratory and Eng. Francesca Pedrielli of CNR STEMS and will include, alongside the technical sessions, a rich and very interesting cultural and social program.
